We advise that you inspect your goods upon delivery and, if in the event that you are dissatisfied with your online shopping experience, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Handling Complaints
If there is a complaint in relation to our service, it will be reviewed by our customer service department and we vow to respond within 1 working day. Complaints in relation to the quality and presentation of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Head Butcher for review. In relation to this type of complaint, we aim to respond to you within 2 working days.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, as our products are perishable, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our absolute discretion, send you an Ambar Fish voucher to compensate for the items which did not meet your expectations.
